Hopefully this week I will get my new cat. I know some of you told me it may be too soon. Bob kept at it and just said go look at the cat shelter. Nervously I went. My sister met me there. I told her how I felt. Once I started looking I felt better. I decided not to look at the cats that I have elimanated from what I want: adult male that can tolerate a dominant female. My Charlotte. Well I figure she wouldn't like another female and no kittens. I saw many but to keep this from getting boring I'll skip to the last two. Bob saw Bosley on the website. I sat down on the ground to be more approachable. He came out of his cage and just sniffed at everything. We didn't hit it off like Bob would have liked. Bosley has these amazing expressionistic eyes that caught Bob's attention. But no. Next one was Kato. Everything about him sounded great. Likes females a lot. Very laid back. Probably will tolerate a dominant female cause I said that is a must. He walked out of his cage, came straight towards me and laid down on my lap. His description said he was a big lap kitty. Oh he so didn't want to leave my lap. He loved it. We hit it off so well. Bob came in and figured that is the one. He wanted me happy with the cat first. We put in our adoption for him and I hope so much to get him this week! I have a long weekend coming up and I hope to get him by Thursday.

The cat shelter wants to check to make sure that Charlotte is up to date on her shots. They are suppose to let us know today if we are clear on that. When so we can proceed to get Kato. I figure we can go by quickly any day if so and just get them fast!

Bob was a bit afraid of coming in cause he views cat shelters as pet prison. He wants them all to come home.
After Kato was put away and had a reserve sign on him, Bosley was let back out and went for Bob. I called my husband "The Cat Whisperer". Not the first time Bob could get a cat to come to him even shy ones.

Convention planning meeting last Saturday. I got the schedule figured out at the conversation there and what to do for it.
Got more of my pet project of a knock off version of Heroscape coming. More on that later.
