Few weeks ago I saw t-shirt that had animated Mikey face in American flag which I thought was cool. I did lot of sketches but nothing clicked. Then I thought of this idea. On top of a building watching fireworks.
The fireworks are brushes that I got off here on dA though search for brushes. There are lots of cool brushes here that do help with things like this.
