Whose this weasel?

Couple of months ago I caught a glimpse of an unfamiliar weasel on the Roger Rabbit ride in Youtube video. Then I went to a weasel-dedicated site and found still photos of the ride. Among the photos was the one in the corner. I wonder who is he? I did up a quick pic of him.

Sorry about not posting stuff. I've been seriously under the weather lately. Just not feeling like much. I've been painting minis and finally now drawing again.
