Toy Collection Among Other Things

Based on a past poll I did a month or so ago, I finally got around to taking photos of my toys. I figure I'll put them in a journal so not to bomb all with a load of photos. I was going to do some silly photos later but last night my camera started going funny. Its an old digital camera I got from a friend for free cause he upgraded. I figured it has served the purposes I have wanted cause I don't take photos often.

But I got these photos. I don't think I can just post pics here so you can just see them here in my journal so I'm only posting one link so not to drive all crazy with endless toy pic links.

In comments under the pics I put my comments on each pic or main pics. I'm still working on this now. Be done soon with my comments on each pic of them.

Spent Saturday with the TF Midwest Group which

is a part of. Good to see him and have my husband come along too.

Got to get drawing again. More sexy femme pics among some other things I'm doing. Not saying what till I get there.

I don't think I know GROUPS of people that have that many toys COMBINED. And still in boxes no less (mine always demand OUT of theirs). Now this is collectors' dedication.

I have only about enough that I can play with mine when my kids are at school or use them as inspiration to write. And I generally only get the ones who call to me or just fall into my lap (last thing I expected was a mint G1 Shockwave to fall into my lap for 20 bucks at Botcon). I might find other employment for them by farming them out to Nagi as fodder for her Side B comic.

Thanks. I have been doing this for a long long time. I just finished putting comments on some of this pics. Most of my collection is loose especially the newer toys but I do have some that is MIB of original G1 or special editions that I have somehow acquired thru the years. But I do prefer loose myself. Just something about being able to touch and play with them gives it more depth of feeling. Just recently I had my Stunticons next to my computer desk for inspiration. Next one of the other gestalts is going there. Haven't decided yet.

$20 for a mint Shockwave!?!! That is an excellent deal! I remember years ago I got Trypticon in okay condition for $15. I thought that was good deal.

You going to make your toys work! Have to see what Nagi is working on. lol!

I did once years ago but then I lost count over the years. I couldn't even estimate what I got now. I've been collecting for many many years.

I still have a few pics from your collection as well if you want to add them. Saturday was fun, but I may be limited to how many meetings I can attend soon....I'll keep everyone posted on that.
